Texas Education Agency (TEA) has implemented “new” certifications and changes to the following certification areas: EC-12 Special Education (161), and Special Education Supplemental (163)
- “New” Special Education Specialist (186) exam that will launch September 2, 2025.
- The last administration for the EC-12 Special Education (161) exam and the Special Education Supplemental (163) exam will be August 31, 2025.
- The last date a candidate can be recommended for certification using passing scores on exam (161) or (163) is September 1, 2026. Candidates must apply with both Lamar and TEA to be recommended for certification by September 1, 2026.
- If candidates do not meet the above 快色视频 and TEA application deadlines, by September 1, 2026, they will take the new EC-12 Special Education Specialist (186) exam.
