Pancha’s is a brand identity for a Mexican food truck. Although it is fictional, it incorporates the elements that are found in established brands: messaging, visuals, and applications. The project has an emphasis on Graphic Design and the effect it has on the performance of a brand. With a combination of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, the visuals of the food truck were designed to appeal to the public and differ from the competition. Bold colors, geometric shapes, and unique typefaces were used in the logo, menu, truck wrap, poster, packaging design, and brand guide. However, it was also ensured that these elements connected to the story and mission of the brand. The food truck is rooted in the connection people have with food and the memories it can carry. This strong foundation builds lasting relationships with customers and shows the importance of a brand having a cohesive identity.
