Students in our programs develop the competencies required for careers in nutrition, dietetics, hospitality, culinary, family studies, or family and consumer sciences certification.
Graduates emerge from their academic career and are prepared to transition into meaningful employment with a clear appreciation for lifelong learning, ethical standards, public engagement, and understanding the value of their respective field.
